Every Horse Moves Differently.

Every Program Should Too.

Understand what you're conditioning, what you're looking for, and why it matters.

Fortis Leniter: Strength, Gently.

Movement With a Purpose

Groundwork can tell us a lot about how a horse uses their body.

Through specific exercises, we look at their movement patterns, where they're strong, where they struggle, and where they compensate.

From there, we use targeted conditioning to build strength, improve body use, and help develop better movement patterns from the ground up.

How It Works

Assess

We start by looking at how your horse moves, where they're strong, where they struggle, and what keeps showing up.

Make a Plan

We figure out what we're trying to improve and choose exercises that make sense for your horse at the level they can tolerate.

Work

Put the plan to work with purposeful exercises designed to build strength and improve how your horse moves.

Reassess

We check what's changed, what still needs work, and adjust the plan based on how your horse responds, progressing when they're ready or backing off when they're not.

Four Legs Fitness LLC provides functional movement assessment and conditioning services. Services are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation. We work alongside your horse's existing veterinary care team and will require veterinary clearance before beginning a program.
